Sung June Hwang
Co-Founder, CEO, Managing Partner
Mr. Hwang has spent over 25 years working in top executive positions across institutional capital markets, private wealth and alternatives businesses across Asia Pacific. He has been the CEO for Atlas Investment Management Ltd. Prior to this he worked at Credit Suisse Private Banking, as Head of APAC Products & Solutions for a US$230 billion Asian client asset base, where he directly managed the firm’s entire range of products and services including strategic advisory and private assets including hedge funds, private equity and real estate. He also acted as alternative chief executive of the Hong Kong branch of Credit Suisse Group, overseeing risk control and governance functions. Prior to this, at Credit Suisse, his roles included APAC Head of Institutional Sales, Co-Head of Non-Japan Asia Equities, and regional head of research. Throughout his career, he has established a deep and wide professional network of corporates, financial institutions, family offices and entrepreneurs across Asia. Sung June comes with an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BBA from Yonsei University.
Mr. Leung is one of the co-founders of Maver Capital. Mr. Leung has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry in various capacities, including roles as an investment manager, equity-linked originator, corporate equity derivatives sales as well as structured products. Mr. Leung started his banking career at Credit Suisse and has served in various banking institutions including ABN AMRO, ICBC International, Scotiabank and UBS. Mr. Leung is an admitted Legal Practitioner in NSW, Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Sydney, Australia.
